Why no full disclosure on interior colors?

Why no full disclosure on interior colors?
It is hard to understand why Chevy chose not to disclose the color combinations with their corresponding interior trim levels - LT1-3?
It took a fair amount of research looking at pictures to determine that:
1. Only Brownstone, Gray and Black seats come with matching carpets
2. Neither Adrenaline Red nor Gray LT3 trim provides the same dash coverage as the other color
3. Never found any info from Chev on what color carpets - front and back will come with what seat colors
I can understand production issues, but Chevy spent big marketing bucks on the C7 launch so it is hard to understand why they didn't think we cared about what they put in the cars we ordered.

Yes, when I went on their build site it was way to basic to determine what color interior to get i.e. carpet, dash etc. Too much money to spend without knowing what you are getting.

The build site definitely falls short. That would answer a lot of these questions. But some of the answers are just logical. For example, you wouldn't want a light gray dashboard. Too much reflection on the windshield. Nor would you want a light gray carpet. Too much dirt showing. I suppose it is possible that you could have light gray carpet but then have black floor mats but that's my guess what the logic was in determining the combinations.

Chevy a full disclosure, numerous times.
I wished Black had Suede like Brownstone did - I'd prolly pony up for 3LT at that point lol
The only color where 3LT isn't a total waste of money IS Brownstone.

Light gray is my favorite interior color but it would be much nicer with a black carpet IMHO !

Struggling here too.

This is how the red should come...... did in the C4s.... it was a lot of red but it was cool. I got 2lt and considered having a upholstery shop do the entire dash in a match red but thinking maybe the door panels.......and some aftermarket red mats. Quality red floor mats will make a difference.

It's despicable that we are willing to pay $75,000 for a stingray but cant get straight answers. Not only with interior colors, but with constraints, timing of constraints, delivery and more ! someones dropping the ball ?

I wish GM would offer the same Brownstone suede trim package on all colors. I would be first in line for the black.

I wonder the same thing about the brownstone. I want the same suede package in black and I can't get it...why??? Yet, they offer a suede trim option for the windshield pillars on all interiors...Makes no sense to me.

I also think it would be nice if contrasting suede seat inserts would be offered. For example Adreneline Red or Gray seats with black suede inserts.

Since you don't know the meaning, it is something like "so worthless or obnoxious as to rouse moral indignation." A traitor is despicable. A pedophile is despicable. A car company is NOT despicable because its build site does not show a consumer the color of the interior or answers to constraints.

You'd think GM would have a site where you can build the car you want with options and colors (all within the specified 1LT, 2LT & 3LT packages), print off a QR code, take it to your Chev dealership at which time the send it off to BG, simple. They get the order, you get the car how you want.
