Default Is there something like VAG-COM for the Corvette?

This was something I didn't bother to investigate with my C5, but now that the C7 is so "computerized", it's a valid and important question.

In Audis, VWs, etc., there is software called VAG-COM (or VCDS) that allows you to re-program parts of your car's computer software by connecting your computer to the car with a special USB cable. I have re-programmed a few minor things on my Audi using the software. For example, I have overridden the feature that blocks someone from playing a DVD while the car is in motion.

For the C7, I would love to be able to make the Rev Matching "sticky" or else default to "on" when the car is started. Using a VAG-COM-like software package that would be easy.

Does such a thing exist for the Corvette?
