Stuck Pixels in LCD Displays?
Anyone else have a stuck pixel in their LCD Displays?
I have one stuck in each LCD. Only because I'm so picky it DRIVES ME CRAZY! It does not effect anything when displaying images.
You think GM would replace the LCD panels on mine because of the stuck pixel?
Left side of screen. That's not dust.
Towards the right side. Looks like a line but the camera moved.

Do the pixels move when you turn off and back on? If they do, then it's a driver/firmware issue. If not, those are bad pixels and the screens should be replaced.

At least your center touch screen display is working, mine went out after two days. It still flickers sometimes, works sometimes. If I lower it it will flicker and even go blank at times. The dealer will be checking it out tomorrow.

That first pic looks like it has 2 bad pixels. That would drive me crazy. If it's a $120 monitor it's one thing, but a $60K car? This car is cool but damn, how many problem areas are there?

Now it will be interesting to find out who made the panel. Sharp, Samsung, Toshiba, Phillips, Hitachi?
You have the bad kind of stuck pixel which are the stuck on variety. Would hope these are considered class A panels which most quality conscious manufacturers will replace for more than one stuck pixel (including sub pixel).
Of course these "sub pixel" rules differ greatly by manufacturer which are different meaning one Red, Green, or Blue sub pixel element being stuck on may or may not constitute a bad "pixel".
