He might be trying to get you to walk from the deal so he can sell it for a markup. Get your car then put him through the ringer.

I would tell him shut the fu... up and do his damn job, his job is to sell cars not tell you how you can or cannot sit in your own vehicle.

What the sill issue?

Edit: Nevermind, I see your thread about the door sills missing. I have to wonder what they were doing in Nashville during this so called QC hold. I don't see how someone would miss this. It's pretty obvious.

I wonder what else is missing? I'd do an inventory.

Michael

We just purchased a new GM vehicle for the Mrs and they told us several times about the survey and if we couldn't answer completely satisfied or excellent let them know. They said if one answer isn't excellent, GM considers the whole survey a fail to the dealer.

What the hell, call the cops and report it stolen. Then have OnStar set-off the alarm.

Apparently this jackwagon couldn't care less about the survey, or doesn't think Drake will complete it.

It's so sad because the service department they have is absolutely amazing!! But it's this one individual who I have a problem with... Who calls a customer on their cell to threaten with holding their car?

Looking at your tone here and comments on the "missing sills" thread it would seem to me that you've become quite important and for Christ sake, Don't they know who you are? Disrespect begets disrespect. Sometimes the customer thinks being a dick is going to get more done and I can promise you, it does not. I'm not saying for sure that's occurring here with your transaction, but as an owner of a business that has fairly high transaction averages, every once in a while a customer "escalates" to me that thinks his poop don't stink and if he's a real dick, I am pretty good at making him feel even more irritable and pissy.

This wasn't about the sills... It's about the fact I got a threatening phone call from the general manager because I called customer service to let them know that the sills were missing... I did nothing wrong in this case... Actually customer service was happy to help me and commended me for calling and promised this issue would get resolved... I'm happy with customer service in this aspect... But you cant justify my general managers actions

its quite apparent to me that they emply a company such as reputation.com that kills negative reviews of your business by making hundreds of fake ones that appear higher up on google etc

No different than buying followers for twitter and Facebook... They are all computers but you can't buy comments

This guy has already paid for his care. How dare a dealer threaten to hold it.
