To me it is a classic sports car color in the same school as British Racing Green, with either the Kalahari or Brownstone interiors is very good looking.

And BTW, I also had a Buick Regal in a very similar color and always loved it as well. So I don't even begin to consider that as anything but a compliment to the color.
In 1971, Brands Hatch Green was pretty popular as well. Named after a famous British race track.

My wife and I saw the Lime Rock Green at Carlisle and loved it. If it's around next year and finances allow it we would like to order a 2015 convertible. If it is discontinued I might look for a leftover 2014. Maybe if it's not a popular color and being at years end I can get a deal. On second thought, all the critics are right. It's an awful color. Don't buy it. Let them all sit on the lots. I'll take one for the team next year.

I agree. In real life, in the sun light outside the color is Beautiful.

I just brought home a lime rock green c7 yesterday and everyone that has seen it in person has liked it. But some people don't like it in pictures. I also was in same boat. I ordered white but then changed my mind after I saw LRG.

Check out my threads. I posted lots of pics

Lime Rock Green really needs a lot of sunlight to really pop. I think it's one of my all-time favorites. I still love my Yellow, however.

I don't like it on the cruze pretty blah on a conservative styled sedan.
But on the vette it looks much better.
It is interesting though that GM is closing these dark colors with a bunch of metallics in the,. Like another poster said, night race blue and leg need sun to look their best.

Had a 1969 C3 with very same/similar color combination. Loved It!
Beautiful car! I think the new C7 would look fabulous no matter what color GM put on it.

LRG is like Atomic Orange. It is either a love it or hate it color.

Its a low-key color until you see it in the sun-light. Have yet to hear a bad comment about it in person. The paint has some metal flake in it as well that sets it off.

I don't hate it and actually think its a beautiful color, it just doesn't seem like a Vette color to me, that's all. Maybe I'll change my mind when I see one in person.
