Default Last Exterior Mod

Pic of last exterior mod. Was OK with chrome grill bar until I added a Carbon Fiber Splitter w/CF End plates. With the investment made in the OEM visible CF roof, CF Side Skirts, CF Hood Vent and the CF Splitter decided a real CF grill bar was needed that matched. Found this one made by C7 Carbon (company name not the car!) Perfect fit and made from real carbon fiber.

Carbon Fiber, Splitter w/End Plates, CF Hood Vent, CF Side Skirts, CF Grill Bar all match the OEM exposed CF Roof.

They are Niche Alpine-D Brushed High Polish with a custom orange stripe about 3/16 wide around the rim. They polished the rims, painted the stripe and then clear coated the entire project.

I dunno. It's just the absolute bottom of the list of colors.
The red that I wish they would bring back is the 40th anniversary Ruby Red. Love that color. Hey I have a C6,am I allowed on here?

Very nice, love the wheels and stripes !! I have seen the new Long Beach Red, it looks good but a bit dark for me, almost a darker red plum color. I am really glad that I went with Crystal Red, I have the CF exposed roof , the black trim is nice with it. My favourite 'Vette color is still Atomic Orange, sigh, wish it was available on the C7.

Judging from those photos, crystal red seems to be one of the few colors that actually looks better when NOT under bright sunlight. As opposed, for example, to Lime Rock Green, which is dashing under very bright light but looks almost black (but not as good as true black) in shade or dusk.

Love Crystal Red. Went from Ruby Red in 1993 to Monterey Red in 2006 to Crystal Red in 2010. All beautiful. Now Black Rose. Stunning.
