It may be simpler than you think... a lot of the "younger crowd" don't post on forums like this. Facebook, twitter, instangram. If they love the car (and they do) you'll never know it reading these pages.

WAIT one minute there...... you are saying that the entire world is not going to base their Corvette buying decision upon what is said here? Interesting concept...........

I'm 31 a C7 Callaway will be my 5th Corvette.
I bought my first straight out of college and had to work two jobs for it - a 1988 35th Anniversary Edition. I then got a 1990 ZR-1 at 25, then leased a 2007 Convertible at 26, then I just leased a 2012 Centennial at 31. As soon as my lease is up, it's Callaway time.

If my income didn't grow with my change in careers (newspaper reporter to SEO Analyst) I would still be driving Corvettes; they would just still be used C4s and maybe a C5 rather than brand-new cars.

A lot of younger people don't have the money to purchase one. Second corvette doesn't really appeal to young people for whatever reason. I like it though, opinions may vary.

So THAT is the key to longevity! Corvette ownership keeps you young. The more you've owned the longer you live. I like that.
