Default Wider Wheels and other Performance mods for the Sting Ray

Exciting news for adding a larger wheel/tire combo to the 2014 Sting Ray, I should have confirmation on the fitment by tomorrow or Thursday.
These will be a one-piece mono block wheel machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum available in 20x12 and 19x9.5
this should allow for a 325 or possibly larger tire to fit.

We also have 3 different cam grinds shipping to us now, 2 will leave the AFM active and one will be for DOD delete cars.

Ported cylinder heads have been tested and flowed and should be available soon.

Prototype headers are completed and waiting for finalized production car fitment.

As you probably have heard, HP Tuners has 2014 Tuning software available now.

A 2.3L Supercharger that fits under the hood is in development and should be ready in the near future.

Check out our new C7 Sting Ray section on our website soon!

We will have the above products and many more in the near future....

Thank You for all your business over the past 12 years, we are really excited about the new generation C7 Corvette and making it an even better performer!

Best Regards,
John Page

What makes a DOD delete necessary when throwing a cam in the LT1?
Is there a certain amount of lift that doesn't work with the DOD lifters or what is it?
Haven't read an explanation so far.
Thanks

Too much lift will cause the lifter not to operate properly which can cause slack in the push rod and or failure of the valve and lifter,

DOD cams help efficiency with constant valve timing changes but normally you cannot make the same amount of HP with the lower lift #s that are needed.

Is this similar to the VVT cam with DOD delete kit involve? I have a L99 Camaro with the Texas Speed aftermarket VVT cam and that's what it sounds like to me.

Any issues with wheel fitment around stock brake ducting?

Sounds like good news to me and looking forward to seeing some dyno sheets comparisons of the individual performance upgrade components versus stock.

There must be some room on the inside of the wheel wells to modify the offset, or.... They will stick out farther than the stock wheels and look lousy.
