I'm at 3300 as well, but my dealer told me no Vin.

Customer service gave me a TPW of 9/23.
After a handful of GM online chat sessions, the last one produced a VIN for me. Hit em up on a daily basis till ya get a rep that's not smokin crack...

There is no rhyme or reason. I was told today no VIN or TPW. Then given my full VIN later in the day (1719) with no TPW, but was told should be build in next 7-10 days. Going by the daily status update thread and what has been built thus far, I anticipate being built in the next 4-5 days. Let's see how long it takes to get here.
