GM Order Site Down???
Up until today, I was able to check current status on the order tracking website. Tonight, I received the below:

The details for your specific order number are not available at this time. Please check back soon or you can contact your dealer on the status of your order. You can also email faq@chevrolet.com to get additional information on your vehicle. Please make sure you include your name and order number in the email.

I not only cannot see my order status (my baby may very well have been built this week), but I sent an email to faq@chevrolet.com and no response yet!
I hope the system admins are working doubletime to get this up, and the chat lines and cs get going again. Just get me my new car by the end of the month...

I sent an email to faq@chevrolet.com this morning and have received no reply as of 5:45 pm. OK, so the site is down but why tell people to contact faq@chevrolet.com if they do not bother to reply? Poor, poor customer service in action.

If y'all want to PM me with your order number I would be happy to check for you. I will not be getting to my PM's for about another 2 hours, just FYI.
