Default Parts availability?

curious how parts generally work for GM....

when the C7 is announced, will the parts dpt be able to order parts right away?

I need an additional set of the pressure sensors (which i assume also have the heat sensor integrated) for winter wheel set..... i assume that driving w/o sensors will put car into an limp mode or similar given a lot of data is fed back from them?

i assume the stock tires are also summer tires? i didn't see any option for additional set w/ M+S.

We have already been able to order and get in some of the C7 parts. I will look @ the TPMS.

I haven't looked at the tires, but they aren't really a dealer item.
