I sent him two certified letters never responded to me but now some jr member comes on here stating rick hendrick. Moderators can you get involved and make confirmation on these statements. I will be the first to stand up and say thank you but need confirmation

I guess this is a new policy. I still have my $ 1995 " market value " sticker when I bought my left over 2012 at the Norfolk store last November.

I didn't pay it in fact got a good deal but at the time every car on the lot had a dealer mark up.

I will confirm that this is Rick. We have seen some communication as to the post in question with Mr. H and Jim Perkins. He was made aware of this and has taken appropriate action.

Best I can tell is this thread was created by someone from Hendricks trying to get the word out about the above statement released on this matter. The same thing was added to the dispute thread in the Transaction/feedback section by one of the moderating staff yesterday.

Robert and all, I can personally vouch for the authenticity of this statement. I was copied on the initial response to the dispute section thread and saw all the email addresses.
