Here is an interesting observation. None of the yellow cars in the large lot have black or dark colored tops. The only yellow cars I see with dark-colored tops are the 4, maybe 5, I see in the lot to the left hand side near the building. Since my car is at 3800 (#000120 with CF top), I assume one of those is mine. Makes me wonder if that small group of cars are cars that are earmarked for museum delivery, which mine is.

.... I'm thinking about this car way too much. I need to sit on my hands and be patient....

Both. And if there was ever the more archetypal location to see flocks of pigeons walking, flying and generally hanging around at than the place pictured I would sure like to know where

You'll also notice there isn't a single hauler in sight!

Looks like mine is fourth row, fourth from the left-00006!

Looking at the hundreds of uncovered Stingrays made me wonder about the new car covers. You wouldn't want to install the cover over a few weeks of dust and dirt; will each car have to be washed before installing the cover?...and you wouldn't want to install the cover on a wet car; would it have to be dried first too? Maybe the best solution would be to ship those early cars without the covers when they are released to ship? I wouldn't mind...

I would like to know where those earmarked for museum delivery are parked as well. I hear they have something like 250 museum deliveries on order. I hope mine gets made soon so I am not November getting my car. I ordered May 4th and I am starting to think I may have delayed getting my car by choosing museum delivery. I guess they can only do 8 delivery's a day tops, right? Also I was wondering why people are counting the cars not in the big lot and why are they not in the big lot? Maybe something to do with the order they need to be in for carriers?

If you look at the lower left hand corner of the photo, you will see some, but the object of the photo was not haulers.

Of course the object of the photo wasn't haulers but when you have a completed car on the ground for over a week you tend to look for things such as that...I see you can relate to that too. Congratulations!

At Florence in May we saw a big Mini rally, police escorts and all. When asked where all the pigeons were a nice officer replied "The hava alla left fora Bowling Greena".

Yes, more than likely both of our cars are in that picture, I like you can not wait, but I guess we have to, but you got that low VIN, are you going to MT to pick it up or taking delivery in LA?. My luck is it will get here 11th or 12th, being I am going to Bowling Green to visit the NCM on the 13th, of course our trip is from the 10th to the 15th so if it comes while gone the dealer will hide it or put ropes around it on the show room floor, they agreeded to do that if I were gone at the time it arrives.

Staged w/o tractors. Same as at the Arlington car park across from the plant. Peeps ought to be grateful B G is where it is. Good clean KY air compared to the SUV plant in Arlington, TX. Dead center in the D/F-W metroplex. Backed up against one of the Union Pacific's major rail staging yards. Y'all wanna talk about major air pollution effects on new paint jobs ...........

Sounds like our futures parallel somewhat. I'm taking a courtesy delivery at Red River Chev in Bossier City (sister city of Shreveport on the east side of the Red River). I'm also leaving for vacation on the 13th, going to CO for 8 days...hoping it comes early before leaving or if not, at the end of the month after we return. Our cars may even be on the same transport if it is loaded w/ cars heading west on I-20 for DFW area. Good luck!

You wouldn't. Sop for B G; Cars w/ 2 top option have the body color in place on the car for shipment. The second top is stowed in the cargo area.

What about the people who got only the CF top without the two top option?
