Does anyone know when we will hear info on the Z0?
Just wondering if anyone has any info on the Hi Po version? Any idea on when we will start hearing info from GM?
I really want to buy something in the next 6 to 9 months, Really like the Stingray but don't want to order one and then get info on the Z0? Then kik my self in the rear for not waiting. If it will be longer than 18 months before they fire up the assembly line I may move forward with the Stingray?

Have not read or heard anything but then again I don't think GM is in any hurry to introduce any Z06 variant anytime soon. They are just finally getting and enjoying all the test results and subsequent praise from the car magazines and want to milk it for all it is worth, they haven't even fulfilled any orders yet. They don't want to shoot themselves in the foot by announcing anything else "new" and jeopardizing sales of the base stingray and convertible.
The base car is more car than most people can handle anyway, why wait, if demand is as strong as it appears to be you shouldn't have any trouble selling one used for a decent price if you choose to upgrade later, in the meantime you would be hard pressed not to enjoy what they currently have to offer.

Same answer every day. We are all just guessing. There does not seem to be any benefit to Chevrolet to announce anything in the near future. Perhaps there will be a 2015 model, perhaps not. Perhaps we will know all about it in six months, perhaps not. Point is, no one knows anything. We are all just guessing or hoping or both.

GM Should strike soon as they will need to have something compete with the new Porsche GT3 and Turbo S which are both going to be crazy fast with great handling, also the Next Gen GTR will be out soon and of course the new Viper. Come on GM give me something I can compete with.
Turbo and Turbo S make use of a six-cylinder, 3.8-liter direct-injection turbocharged engine delivering 520 HP (383 kW) in the 911 Turbo and 560 HP (412 kW) in the 911 Turbo S variant. Power is transferred to all four wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK with auto stop/start function which has slashed off fuel consumption by 16 percent to 9.7 liters / 100 km (24.2 mpg US or 29.1 mpg UK).
The 911 Turbo equipped with Sport Chrono Package will do 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 3.2 seconds, while the Turbo S is 0.1s quicker. Both of them are capable of reaching a top speed of 198 mph (318 km/h).
Just like the 911 GT3, the Turbo variants have four-wheel steering

I'm hoping we hear/learn some news in January.

Yep. They're on a roll with the Vette and they're not about to let the momentum slide and miss the opportunity of the world's biggest auto show.

I've heard they were working on it and looks really aggressive. They don't know what motor is going in yet though.

As others have mentioned I don't think you will hear anything about a higher performance model Corvette C7 until the car has been out to the general public. January of '14 for the '15 ??? model sounds about right. I have a feeling that the C7 Corvette will only be in 3 models vs. the 7 that the C6 ended with. I am thinking Coupe, Convertible and ZR1.

Have there been any actual Z0x spied on the roads yet? No.
Has anything recently been leaked about the next high performance Viper? No.
My guess would be late, late 2014 reveal......available in summer of 2015. If the C7 is going to start arriving on the lots in late Sept, it would be foolish to launch a new model so closely to eat their sales. Chevrolet wants to milk it and have you trade up for the next model.
Maybe I am wrong. It is all speculation at this point. I know I want one though, and I will hold off the current C7 until then.

I dunno. Z reveal in January with it in showrooms in the fall of '14 as a MY '15 would basically be the same thing they did with C6.
