Z51 vs Standard front air dam - Difference?

Not sure there is a difference. I have noticed that while the C6 air dam went all the way across, the C7 ones I've seen have a big gap in the middle. This is the only one I have seen that doesn't have that gap and I'm guessing it's a Z51. Just a guess.
