Corvette build your own is up on Chevrolet site
I just put this in the "Where is the car configuration" thread but don't know how many are still checking in there.
The Build Your Own is now up on the Chevrolet site.

Two interesting discoveries so far: no Adrenaline Red with microfiber; and microfiber does not increase seating cost!
Addendum: most of the stripe packages except the Carbon Flash are supposedly free as well... seems like this is still a WIP.

Melting Slicks
talon90, thank you for the notification and link!
I want the vert but the coupe the way I would have it configured is already at $71,205, wonder what my vert MSRP will be?

Hmmm....probably just first day bugginess, but the pricing function is quirky. When I picked 2LT Z51, the price hung up at $59,005. Adding additional options didn't change the price. Let's give them a few days to work out the kinks before we get all woohoo on the prices posted in there...

Just for the fun of it I went on the Chevrolet chat and asked if the configurator pricing was correct. The clerk pasted to me the standard boilerplate about how MSRP is just suggested pricing, dealer sets prices, yadda yadda. Then I asked if she was confirming that there were no errors on the MSRP option pricing on the new 2014 Corvette configurator that went up today and she disconnected on me without replying. If this is Chevy's idea of customer service.... I completed the post-contact survey and let them have a "full and frank" assessment of the interaction.

Going by the images on the configurator, it seems when you get suede seat inserts that the rather large lower-thigh part of the seat that is not covered in microfiber is unperforated solid leather - that will get nice and sweaty in shorts - no ventilation there. Rethinking the suede inserts... standard GT seats are fully perforated.
