For me....Yes! At least to get the details and numbers. Should be a monster.

Time will tell if this is correct.

I hear it will be world class in performance and yes a monster, however, also with that said pricing might be in the ZR1 area, don't think there will be two levels (i.e. Z06 & ZR1) there will be one performance model and from what I have heard it will perform.

Take a look at the ZO6 and ZR1 numbers for the last few years, I can't see them making a both models again.

If they just threw the LS7 in the Stingray with wider tires, the price will be very reachable.
However, I think everyone expects much more than that.
Personally, I'd like to see a 12.0:1 compression, Direct Injection NA 7.0L at 575 HP. Plus weight reduction of about 100 lbs. That all by itself would be a smoking Z06.

Why punish yourself initially? Just get a Z51 now, then if the other version comes out in a couple years, sell/trade the Z51.

That with 575 hp/550tq would be a ridiculously awesome machine.
Oh, and a 2" fender flare with some 335 tires out back would be such a sexy look on this body. I'd sell a kidney for that, lol. Joking, but it would be awesome.

I read some where on the forum that 2015 models will arrive by July 2014 so the wait won't be as long as you think if you place an order in early 2014. I really doubt the Z will lighter than the Z51, if anything it maybe heavier with the widebody, bigger tires, and strengthened components. Where are they going to remove a substantial amount of weight from without pushing the cost over 100k?

I think the last "news" I heard on it was that "something" is to be unveiled in Jan. in Detroit.
Anything newer/more than that lately on updates on it?
