Looks photoshopped. Notice there is far too much damage on the older car on the left to produce such minimal area of damage on the Stingray, especially with the C7 being pushed all the way into the crosswalk.

Damage looks too low on the door compared to the bumper and hood height of the other car.

No, the stingray emblem deflected most of the blow.

2 accidents posted, but most likely more we're not privy too.

Perhaps all those C6 GS owners have been correct, and the C7 has severe handling issues.

Not only that, but the small chrome piece you see just behind the 'vette's front wheel, is a door handle from a 1973 Plymouth Valiant.

I was gonna say. It held up from the side much better that the front of Lincoln.

I was raining and I bet the old Lincoln had bad breaks.

now that's logic for ya!

If "better handling" and better feel in the C7 is considered a "handling issue" by GS owners then I agree

Good Lord, my comments were meant to be sarcastic! I didn't think I needed emoticons to emphisize that, but guess I was wrong.

I think it's fair to say that if the C7 had the traditional style tail lights this never would have happened.

First of all, the bumper on the other car is pushed up. Second, cars like that (old Lincoln or whatever it is) have soft springs and shocks. If he was on the brakes, which he likely was at that point, the front end would have suffered a lot of brake-dive at that point. Why would anyone want to photoshop it anyway?

This wouldn't have happened with black wheels.
