HP Tuners - C7 Corvette tuning support available now!
HP Tuners is proud to announce the release of new calibration support for the 2014 C7 Corvette and the 2014 Silverado/Sierra trucks featuring GM’s newest Gen V engine design. The release, which is available now, supports the new 6.2-liter LT1 and 5.3-liter L83 engine platform utilizing the E92 engine controller. Calibrators will have access to critical Direct Injection (SIDI), Active Fuel Management (AFM), Ignition Timing, and Volumetric Efficiency (VE) tables, along with hundreds of supporting parameters.
HP Tuners’ E92 calibration support gives total control to tuners, racers, and vehicle owners, allowing users to perfectly calibrate and modify the new 2014 C7 Corvette, and the 2014 Silverado/Sierra line of trucks. As always, HP Tuners has maintained the quality and depth that professional calibrators, racers, and owners demand. Each parameter includes a definition, so that a calibrator can quickly understand what each parameter represents before making an adjustment. With hundreds of brand new parameters, including over 133 parameters related to the SIDI fuel system alone, the HP Tuners ’14 C7 release represents a complete, finished support system, right out of the box.
“The only way that we could have achieved this quality in this timeframe is because HP Tuners has been dedicated to working on PCMs that we have believed would be similar to this PCM since 2008! This has allowed us to be ahead of the curve when this PCM was finally utilized in these applications. Everyone at HP Tuners is extremely proud to have accomplished this! It seemed like an impossible task, particularly with the rumors that this one was going to be un-crackable!” said Jay Payson of HP Tuners.
For more information on the 2014 C7 Corvette and the 2014 Silverado/Sierra calibration support, please visit www.hptuners.com or email sales@hptuners.com.

Gee, Im impressed...You people must be psychics to be able to tune a car that hasnt been released yet...

they cant have details. the car isn't out yet.. they are just saying "hey look at us, we can plug into the car and adjust the tune!"
a lot of people can tune a car for gains.. cars are setup rich to aid in cooling... lean em out and you get power and extra heat... gas cools the engine... running lean warms it up.. but leaner the mixture to an extent the more power when messing w/ timing as well.
im sorry but i'd rather have a fully reliable and warrantied C7 versus one with 20-30hp more and no clue what might happen and out of pocket on fixes.

This thread is a trip. Or moreover, the posters thus far.
What does he have to explain? Do any of you guys visit Tech, at all, ever? HPTuners and EFILive are the two big free-range tuning devices for LS engines. They're what essentially every dyno tuner is going to use in order to recalibrate your car. Large aftermarket vendors find ways for early access to bits and pieces of incoming automobiles. Several tuners already have cylinder heads, intakes manifolds, TB's, etc.
This is huge, and has massively positive implications. If you need him to explain this, you're probably on the wrong forum. Perhaps Consumer Reports has a discussion board for you.
Just calling it how I see it.

Gains from a tune depend on several factors, including modifications performed to the car and the calibrator who is tuning your C7. Initial testing looks promising, but we will only know real average gains once more cars hit the chassis dyno.

As far as the car not being out yet... well, that's um, we'll just leave it at that...

Go to their website, download the software and play with it. They have a demo mode that allows you to try the software before purchasing. How many other products allow you to test them out like that before purchasing?

The info is on their website, and forum, and all over the internet. Same product for current GMs and all the other cars they support.

With all respect, man... the info you seek is so prevalent and ubiquitous, as well as implied and understood, that it's slightly perplexing to see anyone asking one of the biggest names in the business to describe one of the industry's most straightforward products.
In lighthearted jest-speak, translation would be "You been livin' under a rock?"

Maybe so. I am not all to familiar with the tuning process and what it entails or some of the end results. So excuse my ignorance when it comes to such matters as I am not as well versed in this subject AS SOME FORUM MEMBERS. My line of work is propane and its something most of you use quite frequently but how much do you really know about it.
