Stingray to take on Euro super cars
Motor Authority video shows European version C7 beginning testing. Notice the turn signal integrated into the sideview mirrors.

Well, this is a tad embarrassing.

To be honest, we don't want to play the blame game. We just want to help.

Did anybody catch the last part of the article ?
Chevy previously announced that the Corvette will only be available with its rev-matching seven-speed manual transmission in Europe.
Do they think the A6 is not worthy ?

No way they would ship Euro the slush box. Is this 1972?
They have no choice but ship the manual and with magnaride and Ediff to be competitive at that price point.
With most Euro makers moving away from the manual, this may be an advantage for Chevy.
But, the lack of a modern DCT will hurt sales -- no question. Without a DCT, it's going to have to appeal to "old school"ers but that's not typically how you drive big sales.

In the US it's around 10% is all.
The socialist-approved $10 a gallon gasoline has a lot to do with it.
The $greens$ always like to punish the middleclass with high prices.
