I haven't seen Ranger in the C7 forum, so I'm not so sure he'll get one anytime soon.
I'm planning on taking mine to Fontana bone stock, but mine won't be in for delivery until late this year, so it won't be me.
But I'm quite certain I can get it into the 11's even at Fontana. The performance numbers GM announces are never quite right. I've run faster than their numbers in every car I've driven.

The manufacturer's estimates are based on standard atmospheric conditions and are an average of many cars tested. Some ran high 11's, some low 12s. Many stock C7s will see 11's, all it takes is finding one built on a wednesday or a crisp, dry day in low altitude.

This will not be hard to do.... 12.0 is the GM time.... you will see many people in the 11s...
I think in a thread not long ago, they averaged the time off from GM's numbers for (c5, c5 z06, c6, and c6 z06)... a showroom stock C7 should do something in the 11.40-11.47 range. That will probably be the best it can, showroom stock.
Basically all models achieved something around .6 better than GMs published times.
