No fancy colours. No chrome. No polished metal.

And no black spoiler. No black mirrors. They all look cheap and/or ricey.

Not the biggest fan of white, but that entire combo is a killer package

Chrome on white has always seemed classy. These red on white.....not for me.

Looks like something you'd find on the west coast and south Florida. In other words, not good

It's trendy, like wearing neon colored sneakers to work out these days.
Very much the standard offering from the sport apparel manufactures.
So if you can dress up your sport shoes with bold color why not the shoes of your ride- sort of speak.

But the elements of style still prevail, so if this C7 was fitted with gray or white colored rims I wonder if there would be such condemnation. You see prejudice is subtle and color is where we can openly express one's chromatic bigotry.

Honestly, I think it looks pretty good. I like it because it is different and I like colors. If you wanted something other than black but wanted to set it apart, I would probably go with a darker gold or bronze color.

Default Fat fingered the iPhone.

Well my "work" is here is done.

It would appear from the feedback that I have successfully deflected all the heat that all of us black wheel lovers have experienced if just momentarily. Ahhhh...feel the relief....sigh.

My order will be Black Wheels, Red Calipers....and proud of it.

I like the color contrast, red and white, but not on the car. It looks like you are trying to stand out. Like the kid with the pink hair.

I love the wheels but def not in that color, not even on an import like the GTR in black.

I'm really liking the white C7 with paint matched mirrors, and spoiler. There are a few cars that can pull off the black mirrors and spoiler but this is not one of them, also I'm not diggin the black wheels, never have and pretty sure I never will. If I could get a C7 I would be ordering AW with silver /machined wheels for sure.

Had a 94 Pontiac Formula, white w/gray leather interior and WHITE wheels. Actually looked pretty good...could someone photoshop this AW C7 with white wheels for a comparison?

I really like custom or aftermarket wheels. I think they mostly look a bit better than factory (though Corvette has some great oem wheels).

In any case, whether oem or custom, my personal rule of thumb is 'balance'. I try to put the sharpest wheels I can on the car without the wheels overpowering the car. I want eyes to be drawn to the whole package, not just to the wheels. I see so may vehicles on the road that have rims that are a total mismatch for the vehicle - or that the rims cost more than the vehicle they are bolted too - so all the attention is to the wheels - not cool when you are driving a Corvette.

PS: If you have to have the red wheels, I think you would need to add some additional touch of red to car to make them work - could be the various air inlets on the new C7 or some subtle striping.
