Default C7 - Pics of all Interior Color Options

I did a quick scan, but could not find a similar post. Here are side by side pictures of all of the interior color options available (minus the CF options). I know there have been a lot of questions of what comes with what. I think this shows it off nicely (well maybe except the black vs gray).

Thank you, a couple of questions for you!

Does 3LT Kalahari automatically come with the same color above the dashboard, or, do we need premium suede inserts to get that effect?

I currently have the GS with 4LT, will the C7 3LT be a similar premium option?

Question....for the 3LT the red color only partially covers the upper dash (which is what I like) but the kalahari and brownstone are the entire dash (which I don't like). Is this right? Why would they be so different?

Excellent.

I need to see the kalahari against the torch red given that the dash is 100% kalahari in 3LT, I worry the two colors will clash.

Great post BTW. Too bad GM hasn't made a configurator so we can actually see all this ourselves.

Everything I've read indicates that you are correct: Kalahari and Bownstone cover the entire dash, Red and Gray partially cover using the "stripes" (can't really tell what black does from the pictures).

They might have done this because they believe the Red and Gray are sportier colors, and the striped look reflects that. The Kalahari and Brownstone are the more "elegant" colors, so the full covering helps compete with fancier interiors from other MFGs. I feel torn because I like the Kalahari color, but don't want the entire dash covered. I'd prefer the Kalahari color with the striped covering pattern of the Red or Gray. I'm therefore leaning towards 2LT with Nav, but would probably need to see the various styles in person to know for sure.

Thanks!
I'm actually now thinking Kalahari instead of Jet Black for our 2LT car.

Public Service Announcement...

This has been covered in other threads, but for people new to interior considerations, it is probably worth restating here. ONLY the brownstone interior (only available in 3LT) has suede on the dashboard, console and doors. This is not available with other colors...only seat inserts in suede are available with other colors. The "Interior Suede Option" is an alcantara like covering of the a, b, and c pillars, headliners, etc in dark gray.

Well that seals it for me.

2LT interior. I do not care for the entire dash being the brownish options.

I realize the Nappa leather is probably a big plus over the standard leather but if I really wanted to spruce up the interior for 4K I think I could do better aftermarket based on C6 interior part prices.

I'll probably get the suede inserts now, make the leather quality less of an issue.

Whoo hoo, down to 63K

Please realize...the "suede" seat inserts are not leather. They are a synthetic fabric, not a bad thing necessarily, but less value (ie: cost to mfr) than leather. The leather is high grade, perforated and probably very nice. I just think that if you buy "suede" you are leaving money on the table.

I will track my car along with DD'ing it. The suede is not for value, its to hold you in the seat.

Plus it's a heck of a lot cooler to sit on in the summer and is warmer in the winter.

I did the same thing. A person (with very good knowledge) who has seen the CG with Kalahari said it was "stunning" and very high-end looking. Good luck.

And I just talked to Mike at Criswell this morning and thought I was all set for my order.

For the people who buy black. How can you tell a 1LT from a 2LT, from a 3Lt?

Also 1Lt is Leather right. I am probabably getting a c7 convertible z51 with black top and interior but I don't want the 1lt to look cheap. I plan on going with the 1lt to save a little. Its getting too expensive as it is.

I really thought I saw a pic that had the red going all across the dash.

Question - while only the brownstone has suede - the suede is still and OPTION and not automatic correct?
