My guess is no... Electronics have always been my biggest complaint with Corvette. They are always behind the latest innovations and get further behind with each year of a series run. The excuse has always been it cost too much and takes too much time to do the R&D and certification. It always burned my *** that cheaper GM vehicles being produced at that same time as my Corvette had systems that far out performed what I had.
The C7 system will already be one or more years old before the first car is delivered to the public. If history repeats itself you will only see minor changes/improvements (if any) over the life of the series. Sad, but true...

Being a big techy type, I'm jazzed about the idea of having more extensive iPhone integration into the 2014 Stingray. Can't wait to read more details on it.

I want more integration with my phone, but why not make it compatible with ALL phones not just the iSheeple stuff?
I mean iPhone was revolutionary when it came out, but iOS3 looks pretty much like iOS6... Apple need to redo their UX big time.
Just give me a plug where I can plug my phone in and the display in the car mirrors my phone and controls it... done.

You will be AMAZED...
At the labor day event at the museum this year, you will find out just how far the iOS integration goes and you will LIKEY, all I can say, so much for "the next big thing" samsung plastic crud :rof l::r ofl: :rof l:
Poor Android... The forgotten, malware ridden, step-child wanna be with over 1/3 of the devices running a version of android from 2010...
Meanwhile latest news out of cupertino, iTunes is adding 500,000 new accounts PER DAY
Oh, I forgot, 11 major car manufactures have decided to join with apple (so far) But I forgot, Apple has lost its magic, right?
Make sure if you can't attend the labor day event to watch the video that will undoubtedly be posted here, it's not to late to drop the Junk Sung before your new C7 arrives Even if you can't sell it for much

Apple Is Bigger Than Detroit
Another way to look at a car is by the types of expertise that goes into producing one. A car requires design expertise, computer expertise, user interface design, materials engineering and manufacturing prowess — all of which Apple is significantly better at than the car industry is.
Of course, the particulars of automobile design, computers, interfaces, materials and manufacturing are different from those in the consumer electronics industry. But such expertise can be easily purchased.
Anyone who thinks the car industry is a big, complex, expensive proposition for a company that makes little gadgets might want to reset their perspective.
Apple, in fact, could buy Ford, Chrysler and GM and pay in cash — and still have more than $18 billion left in the cash hoard. No, I’m not saying Apple could buy any of them. I’m saying Apple could literally buy ALL of them with cash on hand based on the value of their existing market caps.
Apple is a giant, powerful company compared with any US automaker — or even compared with all of them.
