Default 6 Speed paddle shift Transmission Question

I have noticed in the order guide they list MYC as the order code for the auto, if you click on that link it takes you to the specs on the transmission, the MYC is rated at Maximum Engine Torque (lb-ft/N-m) 439/592.65. Well at a minimum the LT1 is rated at 450 lb-ft, has any one put this question to GM or has it been addressed ???

I do not think they would keep the rated torque of the transmission below the rated torque of the engine and try to control it with TM. I think they would have to beef up the transmission, in the past they have never had a transmission rated below the advertised torque of the engine.

That's the spec for the C6 A6. I just think they have the link pointing to the C6 info. Probably is no detailed C7 A6 info out there yet.

Hopefully higher tq rating and more responsive than the C6 auto. The 6L80 on the C6 really woke up with a good tune, but that may not be avaliable for awhile on the C7.

I believe you are correct, they will update the trans info at some point in time. It was stated earlier by Tadge they reworked the A6.

I have only tried my hand at making beer, wine would be interesting.
