Going to wait until people track it then see what the ideal tire size combo is.

That's it.

I'd like to get:

Blade Silver Metallic exterior
Jet Black interior
1LT
6-speed auto

That's all I can afford!

I'd like to see if I can add:
rear anti-roll bar (scares me without one!)
driver visor garage door opener
autodim rearview mirror
driver's seat power lumbar (I have a kit)

I'm sure the forum parts dealers will have these OEM pieces I need.

Add a harness bar and two harnesses for track duty. Otherwise this is exactly what Tadge told me was the hot ticket for 2014 C7 track use.

Yes, but what I do is very contingent on what is available. At a minimum, wheels, tires, tint, and a splitter. From there, once the PCM is cracked, headers, intake, and if possible, a cam. If not, then cooling mods, pads, brake fluid, and HPDE time.

Or just wait for 2014 to check out the halo model.

In any case, dumping the stupid chrome "Corvette" script from the rear bumper. Immediately.

Getting:

Crystal Red base car
1LT Black interior

- Remove the fish from front fenders
- Possibly remove CORVETTE from rear and maybe replace with old-school Stingray script
- Would be interesting to see what rear window louvres look like on this car
- Dress up interior via aftermarket as I see fit
- New aftermarket wheels upon needing first set of tires
- Possibly have Vents chromed depending on new wheels
- Probably leave the drive train alone except for the eventual tune
- Won't do anything to void the warranty

What a great idea! Match that cool look of the CF roof. I do not like transparent roof, it gets to hot for me. If I did have one I would do the paint trick too.

The C7 mods:

Disable the cylinder de-activation system. (And then some hydraulic lines and valves can be removed.)

Then a simpler exhaust system is possible and so the Borla Touring with mid-pipe. But in any case, nothing that deletes cats. (However in my experience, even cat-back systems require richer air/fuel ratios.)

Then hand adjustable Recaro Expert M leather seats. (Less weight, reasonable cost, brand name, and good quality.)

Or the Recaro Sport Trend Line seats for competition style.

Next, since the Volk TE37 wheels are only available in C6 Z06 sizes then get the BBS RS-GT wheels. Also, get tire compounds similar to stock but not run-flats. (Reducing unsprung weight.)

And Pfadt coilovers. (But if these current models are height adjustable only by spring pre-load then I need a catalog of optional springs.)

Finally, a removeable hardtop for the convertible
.
