Default Poll: Should GM have a rep in this section with Q&A thread?

GM reps lurk in other sections, why absent here? Q&A thread seems like a great idea, or is the absence a statement on its own?

We know they lurk here. Why would they want to subject themselves to this kind of abuse?

Your poll needs a third option:

- None of the above; this is a worthless poll.

I wouldn't mind asking some questions at all. Maybe if we all submit questions and compile all the most frequently asked questions, submit them, have GM rep answer them and post the Q&A here.

I'm sure some of them read forum. What do you want them to do, give out pricing, performance details etc etc etc????? The C7 is like fine wine, let it breath open it up and soon all of the answers will be here. It's just not ready yet!

Not unless the moderators took a firmer stance against the obvious trolls.

Given the adolescent vitriol swirling in C7? Yeah, I'm sure they'd like wade into that.

There is nothing they will tell us that they won't tell the motoring press and the public -- in the Internet age, they are all one and the same.

We already know everything they are willing to share.

With the abuse folks like you would dish out, why would they bother. If CF agreed to ban about 5 people (you know who you are ) then maybe someone from GM might show up

glad to see your ignore list works great, like few others who cared to donate their fine posts proving their point all the way, making sure to post in a worthless thread

Knowing how the auto industry works would only result in fewer arguments, less name calling and fewer claims of GM deception

Wow, what a biased poll with the "reason" for your vote provided as part of the Yes/No. I would vote No, but I will not because my No vote would not be for the reason you supplied.

How is it biased? I see threads about guessing hp, ET, price and on and on... I described what I see, sorry if this rubs you the wrong way

The GM reps are on the forum to help people with problems with their cars and service. Nobody has a C7.

Seriously? I clearly stated why it was biased. An unbiased poll would have simply posed the question with plain Yes and No options. There should be no comments about why the Yes or No. "No-I prefer not to know and pass time guessing instead". You can't see that that statement is biased and is an attempt to influence the vote?

Try to lighten up a bit not to be so biased yourself and I'll try to work on my writing skills more

Have you seen Hennessey and Callaway reps chime in in this section? Are you suggesting they have the C7 in their possesion already?
