Time to broach the critical subject...Z51 badges
Stingray Z51 badges that is...
Who will be adding them?
Will/should GM be making badges or stickers like the Z71 trucks this time around?
If not, who will be making them?
Will it finally be time for the dreaded Z51/F55 combo badge?
Discuss....
It's time for the Photoshopers out there to start showing us their examples!!!

I never considered a Z51 Badge placed on the exterior of my '05 C6. But I did place one on the Ashtray door where it was less obtrusive. Saved money too needing to buy only one. It fit perfectly.
But I see the C7 has a badge placed in a similar location. So no Z51 Badge for me on my C7 if I get that option.

If it comes from GM with them I am leaving them on there. If not I won't be adding them. If an item doesn't improve performance in some fashion I wont be adding it to the vehicle...except for tinted windows and clear bra.

Please no more corny badges. And they all look cheap & Pep-Boyish in my opinion.. to include the C6ZR1 badge. I dont know who was in charge of of the plastic badges & intake cover but they need to replaced.
Let the cheap looking crap go this generation please!

Perfect! Maybe we could add them to the rear fascia, just below the tail lights. It's not quite "busy" enough back there, and this could add some character to what is otherwise a very plain looking area. Plus, that way all those slower C6 Z06 drivers would know what they are following!

You will need to tastefully remove the OEM stingray badge placed strategically adjacent to the side fender cove grill. Replacing it with the Z51 emblem measuring no more than 3.0 centimeters to the right of the upper third of the fender cove. The badge must not include any additional colors beyond gray, aluminum, or chrome. Signifying that you own a Z51 with a badge will illustrate your pride of ownership and satisfy the boy scout in you for approval and proficiency level recognition .
Additionally, Z51 driver certification cards offered by a number of testing centers can be proudly displayed in the passenger side corner windshield. The certification will let anyone know you are skilled in handing a car with bigger brakes and cross drilled rotors.
