Not exactly the first, as the first released images of the dash showed a boost gauge as well, but not as clearly as that one.

Yeah, this gauge was seen on the 1-13-13 reveal images and months before that we saw a SC on one of the KeeksCAD images.

I think the first clue that a supercharged version was on the horizon was when GM released the specs for the LT1 last year and it had a bottom end that can handle 600+ HP without any modifications to the engine. GM can slap on a blower and intercooler on a stock LT1 and they're done.
The LT1 is way over built with forged crank, nodular iron main bearing caps, piston oil squirters, etc, for a measly 20 HP jump in horsepower over a LS3.
