C7 Convertible
I photoshopped today's Jalopnik pic to show what the C7 would look like as a vert. Reminds me of something... oh yeah, the C6.

The black didn't work for me...
Yeah, from the windshield back, pretty much a C6.

The silver picture fits perfectly with what I hear about evolutionary styling. I would be happy with that.

What I want to see is how it will look with the top off. I don't think it will look good, much like the 370z does not look good with the top up

But...I'm still worried about the taillights.

Gosh I hope the C7 is more of a stylistic stretch then this. Just like the C6 felt like a C5.5, this feels like a C6.5.
The coupe looks better, but the profile of the vert looks like a slightly modified C6.

Why do people do black cars with a black background while purporting to show what the car looks like? It is just stupid. Show the car or not.

What I meant was I want to see a rendering with the convertible top up and in place. Couldn't figure out how to edit my post with my iPhone and quick post.

I hope the chrome piece isn't on the car.

That looks terrible. If that is what the C7 is going to look like, then it's best if they don't have a targa.

That's what I fear. The soft top will not follow the lines of the coupe. At least with the C4 to C6 it was close enough because the fabric mimiced the halo loop. That's why I would prefer a converible hardtop, but that will steal truck space and make the car heavier so it won't happen.

Don't worry, GM will be happy to sell you a black or body color one for more money later.

I think they already do this with the Grand Sport chrome side trim.

It does resemble the Sky. Designed by the same designers?

The devil is in the details and the details are very different between the those 2 cars
