That's the broader point.

I believe what you are actually seeing in the rear view are two other Stingray's. A Torch Red and a Cyber Gray (the two promo cars.)
Regarding the other poster's comments on the steering wheel, it is actually the smallest steering wheel used in a Corvette at just over 14".

Should have been a flat bottom version. Reminds me of the Gumby wheel from the first C6.
In fact the C7 steering wheel is the smallest diameter Chevy has ever put in a production vehicle. With the smaller diameter no flat bottom is needed.

The gray one has actual stand alone foglights so I don't think it's a StingRay.

Yep, good catch on the fogs. Could be maybe a Viper and a Ferrari then as noted.

Both cars appear to have the same front grill opening and triangle scoop on the hood. Striking similar to the front of this car...

The only change that may happen is a lightening of the aluminum trim. They darkened it to reduce glare but think they went a bit too far.

That car doesn't have lower fog lights as pictured in the rearview in real life however.

Second- I agree- Ugly steering wheel.
Third- hopefully the new non-stingray version of the z06 is much better.
It was the same when the C6 came out, not to impressive, but when the Z06 - ZR1 came out they were a different car, one worth buying

Doesn't the "1" to the lower right in the tach display mean it's doing 160 mph in first gear?
