Nope... Maybe if you leave the car in valet mode all the time? but no...

I talked with a GM person at Bloomington a few years ago about this. He told me it came down to this (paraphrasing)... GM outsourced the PDR system. It was quoted, awarded, and paid in full. He said the only way to add a traffic-cam TYPE operation (similar to what you described) would require GM to pay Cosworth additional monies up and above original PDR system contract, and that GM was not going to shell-out any more dollars to modify/upgrade any function that was not a part of the original contract.
