Does anyone have an idea when the real numbers will be released in terms of the HP and torque ratings for the C7?

I would think once the car is in production. They are doing a lot of testing with some mull cars at VIR so they may have a good number, but things can change between now and the actual production. I think the 450 hp may be a little on the conservative side. But by how much I have no ides.
