Default Heresy but . . .

I don't like the round Vette taillights. Over time they got too big and looked like something from a semi trailer. I think beside the overall advancement in every aspect of the car, the revised taillights have made it more attractive.

OK, bring on the hate, I can take it.

Yer on your own, kid. I still like my old C6 AND the new C7. Including both sets of tail lights.

Lol, I couldn't resist, sorry. I have nothing against the round tail lights, but I don't have anything against the new ones either. I think the new taillights suit the new stingray better then round ones would of. The new taillights I think compliment the sharper angles of the car better then round taillights would of.

I love my C6. I agree that the tail lights are not it's best feature, though appropriate on the C6. Overall, the C6 is a classic beauty in every regard. Would not be appropriate on the C7, however, IMHO.

Tailights ad infinitum....
It's like Darwins theroy of evolution, a selective [design] mutation.

There should be a rule about posting Lambo pics without a warning label attached. Now I have to clean drool off my desk.

If you look at just the tail lights, then yes, the C6 lights are a little large. At the same time, the rear 3/4view of the C6 is one of the nicest looking of any car, I'm always looking back over my shoulder when I park mine

Round tail lights work for the C4/6 and oval ones work for the C5. But none of them would work well on the C7.

You know that and so do I. It seems however that several on this forum are also charter members of the flat earth society.

I have the answer!

The C8 will have a telepathic taillight generator. It will search the viewers concsciousness and project into his or her mind the exact image and shape of what he or she wants the taillights to be.

I'd take the C6 tails in a heartbeat over the C5's squinty little ovals.
