Can GM Please. Revive. Corvette Quarterly with the C7???
I remember reading about a DSOM C6 with Leilani Munter at the wheel driving through the deserts of the Southwest and Death Valley and Las Vegas. I loved that issue and it made go out and get one.
I loved the excitement and news and articles on the C6 during my first year of ownership with my DSOM C6.
I really hope with the excitement of the C7 they will reincarnate Corvette Quarterly...

I second that. It's great that we had a magazine by Corvette for Corvette owners, too bad they stopped it. Ferrari and Porsche do it. Corvette should bring it back with a more technical perspective on it. They could have their designers and engineers do articles explaining the various skills and technology's that are in the C7.

I loved the articles where the engineers were interviewed. They gave a lot of insight into the car, that could not be found elsewhere.
If they want to avoid printing and distribution costs, they could come out with at least a digital version. Just email PDF files, which is a open file format now that can be read by virtually anything.

CQ was produced by Campbell-Ewald who did the advertising for Chevy and Corvette for generations.
When CE got the boot in 2010, so did CQ.

I have been a subscriber to Poular Mechanics for many years and more recently they have been trying to get me to go all dig and end the traditional delivery of the mag.

I agree, I always enjoyed the old Corvette Quarterly. I would love to see something like this come back even if only Digital. This could be the Official site for anything Corvette from Chevrolet. Its about time that Chevrolet be a little more open a whole lot earlier and here is an easy way to do it. As an example, Will there be a Grand Sport, Will there be a Z06 and ZR1. Just tell us and give us an approximate date/time as to when. Here is a great idea Chevrolet, try explaining what you did and why you did it. This old crap of keeping us in the dark needs to end...

I always enjoyed CQ and before that Corvette News which I have received and saved issues since 1974 when I purchased my first 'Vette. My job is a print salesperson and from what changes I've seen in the industry over the last few years there is no chance of CQ coming back in a printed format. The biggest downside of the print version of CQ in addition to cost would be the timeliness of information-all the daily internet postings would make the publication yesterday's (or last week's) news by the time it was received. In it's later years the tech information in CQ was no longer new or exclusive to its' readers. That would be even more the case today. Articles limited to road trips and personalities would not generate enough paid subscriptions to cover the publication costs unless the annual fee was extremely high. Too bad, but it's gone the way of round taillights...
