C7 Paddle Shift
Not sure if this question has been asked, did they change the paddle shifters ? IE: the left is for downshift, right, upshift. Just like the majority of cars are.
I find the ones on my C6 awkward.

I like the C6 paddle setup because I can up or downshift with either hand.

That woul be an improvement, atleast you those of us that are video gamers and use the paddle shifters on the wheel.
I have not sen anything thta the paddle shifter on the A6 has changed, but I don't think it would much of an issueas there is a post on the C6 forum on how to shange the wiring so there use just the back (sownshift) paddles only.

I would love these, but I'm sure at some point the transmission will take over and shift for you. Don't like that.

Mine was so bad it actually would clunk into gear at low speeds [3rd to 2nd down shift 10-25 mph] becuase it couldn't shift into gear properly. Most all A6s I drove had this problem.
I do hope they addressed this, as this is a problem that I also experienced in the C5 but not to the extent I had it in the C6.

Real question is did GM finally address the delay in the paddle shifting found in the A6 and the coast down gear hunt which really dulled out the driving experience.
