I was at a local high volume Corvette dealer yesterday and was told by the GM of the store that there is a group of dealers demanding that Chevrolet change the rear of C7. Said he has never seen anything quite like this before and its gaining in momentum. Should be interesting if its true and I have no reason to think otherwise. Maybe some Forum dealers can comment?

Seriously? GM will sell everyone they make, they will just use different dealers. Dealers sell cars, they don't get to design them.

True but if dealers can't sell them to the cars target audience (the people with money to buy one) then its a big problem for all concerned.

Not gonna happen. Folks will just have to keep their old vettes so they can sit at car shows in their lawn chairs and look at the round tail lights. Based on feedback from our local Corvette Club, our sponsoring dealer already has 15 folks lined up for his allocations.

These threads about the tail lights are dumb.
