Not arguing your info., but as I sit here and look at my 2000 window sticker, there was not a 1SA or SB option. Everything on my car was single option the way I ordered it. This included sport seats, memory package, fog lights, door molding, etc.

I do know they created the packages later, just not sure if it was in 2000. I personally liked being able to order only the options I wanted.

For 2000 there were the 1SA, and 1SB option that included the sport seats.
For 2001 there was a 1SC added and the AQ9 sports seats were included with the 1SB & 1SC,

I think the C7 sport seats are more sporty.
1) Wide slots for harness.
2) Larger side wing/torso holders .. may impact ingress/egress with excess wear complaints on the leather.
3) Appear lighter with their all plastic (awaiting carbon) vertical backing.

* not sure if the bottom wing/ hip holders is higher or not. Maybe softer foam or the foam has more room to sink in the seat center.

Are the wings on the side ACTUALLY more pronounced? From the picures it looks like they're the same on bottom and sides with the only difference being a provision for harness at top and appearance.

Based on these pics from talon90, it looks the side bolsters on the sport seats are bigger. The seat bottoms look very close in appearance though.

HUGE deal. A seat either has them or doesn't. The Corvette C7 sport seat HAS them
