C7 pace car exhibited at Le Mans 2013!
The first time that I saw a C7 in person. This car rocks!

Right on dude!
What I think the problem is that these "old timers" are having problem with their eyes..... Amongst other things! As you get old......'eyesight is one of the first things to go!!!
My order was taken today...... 12th on the Criswell list!!!
I had a 2000 C5 Vert...... Ordered new from the factory..... And said I would never own another Corvette!!! It was an "old man's car"!
But after talking with a few people "in the know"...... Last October..... I took a chance and placed my deposit! And all I can say now is WOW!!!
And...... I don't care if anyone else buys this car but me...... Actually I hope they don't!!!! I want to be the only one "on the block" for a loooooong time!

It does have some nice styling but they just overdid it. Hood has too many lines.. The grille oh please remove it asap. Paint the tail light surround asap. The rest of the back end .. Oh my.. .. I'd wear a darth vader mask driving that car !! The interior looks great and the performance is two thumbs up but ... Just doesn't make up for that hideous rear..
On the exotics forum there is a thread 70 pages long all positive for the Porsche .. There is one 90 pages long making fun of the corvette. That says it all.

Who cares what the exotic lovers think.....I happen to love the look and performance specs for the C7 and have one on order, which by the way will be my first Vette, and I cant wait!!

Dude, times two on ordered and 1st Vette . Placed my order yesterday & everyone I've showed photos to thinks it's the one to get for 2014. Maybe the negative comments are from those that really like it but just can't make the move now and they're venting
