these c6 prices will sink like a stone. Simple economics. There will be a ton of c6's flooding the market with guys looking to sell, to have the money to go after the c7. More product available, more prices drop to be able to move the product.

They just did that to get their cars to the top of the list when people search. Just a gimmick. However, they should know there are folks (like me) who won't buy from people who play games.

Thats odd as the dealer here claims to be the biggest Vette dealer in GA and usually has base cars for $39999. I agree with the price pressures on older cars with the C7 arrival, but there's going to be a ton of people in denial who will still ask stupid prices. I see so many on CL for months on end. You think they'd get the message that their 05 coupe isn't going to bring $35 grand

No, it won't. I know a few wholesale folks and one of them recently sold a 2005 coupe for $24K. 60K miles.
