What say the womens?
The fairer gender is certainly a minority in this forum. For no particular reason I'd like to see them post up here. What are your thoughts on the C7?

Posted this in another thread about 39yrs and younger, but this is what my wife though when I showed her:
LOVES the exterior...."super sporty"
Immediately said "wow....that's a camaro butt" having never heard or seen me say that (she likes the rear though)
Comment about the interior was "well they didn't try to do much there, did they?" and thought it looked surprisingly plain.
Thought the buttons looked incredibly cheap.
Loved the sport seats as much as she loved the exterior.
I showed her the stingray emblem to which she said "....why would they do that?" and also scoffed at the thought of calling it a stingray.
Also was shocked that they couldn't afford to detail a car on it's public reveal (as evidenced by the swirl marks and holograms). She has picked up a lot from me and my detailing, lol.
So anyway, she would absolutely take one.
Those are the thoughts of a 27 year old female who loves sports cars/muscle cars and has owned a Solstice, WS6 Formula Firebird, XLR-V and currently owns a '12 SRT8 Charger. She wants us to get one.

My wife (24) watched the reveal with me and she said the red car looked very girly and then when they spun it around she asked if they forgot to paint the bumper cover. Haha. She liked the grey one though.

My wife (who daily drives a 2012) watched the video stream and looked at the photos.
She likes it - a lot. She would build it with Lime Rock Green and the black wheels and "the calipers have to match the car."

My wife is just the opposite. Loves all of the contrast of the black with the vents and the rear and would want a white one with exposed carbon fiber roof to have high contrast with it.

wifey really likes the interior... she said it looks MUCH nicer than the interior of our 94 ZR-1 (she's right on that!)
as for the controversial rear - she likes that as well.. she was happy to see such a sharp distinction between the 6th and 7th generation cars..
...and she's on board for picking one up in a few years!

My wife and I saw it at the Detroit show yesterday. She likes it better than my 05 c6. The rear end is growing on me. I think it looks better in person than in photo's. Since I bought a first year production of the c6, I may jump in on the c7.

GF watched live video feed via YouTube with me, (across the miles) and her first Yahoo messenger text to me when the floor turned 180 degrees was "Looks like a Camaro" Hahahahaha...... (It was the tail-lights that warranted her comment)
Now.....Fast Forward a few days, and we come across these bad-*** Photosop renderings.....and both our thoughts changed DRAMATICALLY! These photos below, are solid winners. (But we still don't like all he lines in the hood).
ps....CHILLL Bob!!!

She asked if it would be around 60k...I said "yep". Told her I could probably get 20k for my '07 and 4k for the blower. Optimistically I'd like to get 25k for the vette or 27k as is with the supercharger, but I won't hold my breath. The used market will definitely take a hit when the C7 is available.

My girlfriend thought it was a Ferrari. Literally.. when we watching the reveal live and the red car pulled onto the stage. She said: "Thats not a Corvette, its a Ferrari!".
Corvettes are beautiful in their own right. But to be called a Ferrari, I cant think of a more flattering comment. Especially for a $54k car.
