Default Is it 450 HP to the wheels or Gross?

Did GM say yet if the 450 HP estimate is at the flywheel or to the wheels? Some guys have already mentioned that with the DI and other improvements it would be hard to understand how the new motor would only get a tiny bump in gross HP. If Gm's being conservative and the 450 HP is to the wheels, and the gross numbers are more like 480-490 HP on the base model! Look out! I think that's impressive on a naturally aspirated motor. Almost makes me forget about the awful rear end on the car.

It is always rated to the crank not the rear wheels if you calculate rear wheels considering the car has a manual tranny you loose 15%. If you do the math your rear wheel HP of the new C7 would be around 383 RWHP
