Instead of having it it stand on its own..separate from the rest, they made it look like the Camaro. It now looks like the "new generation Camaro". A morphing of the two cars. Utter disappointment here.
Using the same tool/die mold? You have to be kidding? Man, some people are so naive and closed minded. That or all you guys calling it a Camaro rear end or Camaro tail lights can only see through round circles.. I think they call that tunnel vision or maybe it's called Legacy Corvette vision. Camaro owners could only wish they had these tail lights.

And yes, people will be able to tell the difference. The Corvette will be the ones with the Pontiac logo!

I won't be eating crow about the seats(remember when everyone was on my case) or the size(remember when everyone was on my case).

I said there would be a base touring seat and an optional hi performance seat, and there is.

I said the C7 base would be lower and wider then the base C6. They said the C7 was lower and wider then the base C6.

I don't know how anyone could be disappointed with this. It looks like it is going fast, and it is not even moving.

Given the sharp lines of the car, it would probably look pretty dumb with round tail lights. Im ok with it

If you look at the rear quarter view and use your hand to block the rear end, it's really nice looking. Pity how the back resembles the Pontiac Aztek with tail lights that closely "resemble" the Camaro's.

Said it was 48.6" tall. How tall is a C6 Z before it gets dropped?

All-new, dual-element taillamps represent the greatest departure from tradition and are among the car’s most dramatic elements. The three-dimensional, sculpted lenses house innovative indirect LED lighting. The state-of-the-art lighting uses hidden LED lamps that cast their light up from the bottom of the housing into a reverse reflector, creating an even glow. LED lamps are also used for the white backup lamps. The taillamps integrate functional aircraft-style air outlets for the available differential and transmission coolers.

One sure fire way to lower the age of those buying a Corvette is to drive the older folks away. For me, GM accomplished that goal.

I love it and I am 60 but I still like to fly. You would need to be blind to not see major differences. Lower wider will be a better handling car.

Seriously you wanted pop up headlights? That was the one thing I hate about the C4 and C5.
