Like it, but LOVE my C6 convertible!
Will reserve judgement for the release of the rag-top since my reservations are with the back end specifically with the B and C pillars... Different ball-game on a convertible.
Not feeling it with the rear end (tail-lights) either BUT will have to see it in person...

Yep. That's where I am too...except I won't say I LOVE the front. Never have liked all these louvers, vents, grills, and other add-on bs. I can live with them, but I'm not wild about them.
The back though is another story. Actually, I'm okay with the tail lights. It's that black painted bottom and the tacky add-on spoiler I don't like. You know, as I look at it....the *** looks very C4ish.

Still didn't give us the actual hp/tq rating. Only said estimated. And only 99# less! I've saved about that much with wheels/tires on my 08. Nice looking car though.

I can see where they pulled some of the sting ray into the design and feel they really did a good job of advancing the look of the C6. Clearly a different car and I think they did a great job on it.

I like some of the changes and some of them I do not care for.
The weight savings is a plus although a little short on what was hoped for.
The cylinder deactivation I am not fond off. The estimated 450 hp is no big deal but better than a reduction especially along with the weight savings.
I find the passenger side grip handle a bit odd in that it separates the two seating areas a bit.
The stiffer frame is a plus but I do not like the rear side glass. I will have to wait and see how the sight line is while in the seat and looking in the inside mirror.
The front side view looking towards the rear down the body lines has me thinking of the FAT/WIDE C5 rear end, not sure how I feel about this but at first glance I did not like it.
The interior upgrades in material and seating looks to be a big positive, hopefully.
I guess for the guy that has to have the newest on the block this will be it, but I'm not mortgaging the house yet...
At this juncture I would probably purchase a slightly used LS7 before the C7.
But my 08 is a long term keeper so all this is just talk on my part...

I actually teared up with the unveiling!! While I might have styled some parts differently, it seems to be a very exciting car. The interior is a huge improvement with some throwback to the C4.
So far.....I like it! And the first company to make after-market round tail lights could make a killing!
But they also are not as bad as I anticipated.
Just glad it's still alive and doing well....Corvette!

I like the front and side view. Still not sold on the back end. I am sure the interior will be awesome. I will reserve judgement until I can see one in person. I honestly wish I was blown away by the styling but I am just not feeling it yet.
