what are you afraid of????
With it happening today and everyone seeming to love the design, is there anything your afraid to find out still? For me, even though it won't happen Im afraid if WHAT IF its a late minute surprise on a back seat, or a six cylinder....anything else from you guys?

A back seat would ruin it as a sports car. Vettes don't have four seats, period. Fortunately the chance of that is laughable. The rest of it is immaterial as long as it looks good and goes fast.

I'm afraid that some people won't like it, and because of how important the Corvette is to them, the dream-crushing disappointment will drive them to camp out here and snipe at every post possible with spiteful nasty negative comments about the car, the company and people who built it, and anyone who doesn't agree with them.
And I understand that we all have different ways of dealing with loss, and people need community support to get through tough times, but there's usually a couple of folks who wear their bitterness like a badge of honor and won't ever shut up about it. I'm afraid one of them will turn out to be an effective and persistent troll and ruin the Corvette community experience for the rest of us.

I'm afraid that it wont be in a vert color combo to match my current nrb model, and I will have to build a wall in the garage to seperate them

I'm afraid I really won't like it. Not very afraid, though.
I'm also afraid they will bring back LeMans Blue!
Truth is that I won't be buying one for a couple of years at least so it really isn't a life-affecting issue anyway since I love my '05 vert!

Funny thread title...I thought it was an honest question in regard to what we are afraid such as, in life..... (I was just thinking of this topic this morning)
As of the new C7, I am afraid it will be a gorgeous car and will make me wish I had waited until its unveiling to make a brand new Corvette purchase.
As to what I am afraid of in life, well.....Dying. When, where, how, will I know, will I feel it, will it be painful, peaceful, or long and horrific. What a scary topic.
