How many are leaving for Detroit Sat morning?
Saturday evening 1/12/13 Made it to Troy for tomorrows reveal and there are quite a few other earlybirds here wearing Corvette shirts too. It's just a matter of hours now!
Leaving in the morning! Can't wait!

When I came up to visit at GM and attend NAIAS two years ago, there was a four-inch snowfall the day I arrived. Didn't seem to me that should be a big deal for people in Detroit, but it wreaked havoc with rush hour traffic.

It's the truth OP...the renderings were right, but they were wrong... We knew the spirit of the design, but never saw the design. It's all in the details.
I'm watching the internet on the 13th because I couldn't get a ticket for the reveal despite being on the pc that morning. I'll be there the 16th though...close enough!

Why would I? It's just a car. I'll buy it when the c7 z06 comes out. Send it to LMR for a 1000rwhp+ setup and call it a day. Im leaning towards a new gen viper though. yeah I said it. It's an exotic what can you expect.

I left Illinois a few days ago, for several weeks in So. California

The only thing that could possibly make me wish I were in Detroit (or the mid-west winter), would be a chance to see C7 revealed live.
I am envious of you who can see it, and look forward to seeing photos you post here, soon after. Also, I"ll be trying to watch the live-stream on line.
If C7 will be at the Chicago auto show, later; I'll go to see it there???
