Melting Slicks
Looks like the "greenhouse" is smaller and sleeker than the renderings.

Ox I agree that the bottom half is not shown but looking at how the hatch in this car does not carry on right to the edge of the rear seems to convey the message that the rear on it is different from what we have seen so far.....could it be that there was more than one rear end design selected for the final version and GM deliberatelty leaked the one that was not selected to throw us all off?

Agree 100%. I'm going to be parked in front of my computer on Sunday waiting for the grand reveal.

1-13-13 is almost here!!!
This Sunday, January 13, 2013, the next chapter in Corvette’s long history will be written with the unveiling of the 2014 Corvette.
The unveiling is schedule to occur at 7 PM, Eastern Standard Time, in an undisclosed location in Detroit. The location limits the number of people who will be able to attend the event, but that does not preclude anyone from viewing the event live.
The unveiling of the 2014 Corvette will be “live streamed” through various websites including Chevrolet’s one13thirteen.com site and the Corvette Facebook page. People interested in viewing the webcast are encouraged to “tune-in” by 6:55 PM, Eastern Standard Time, as the webcast will start promptly at the top of the hour.

I wonder where in Detroit they are doing the reveal and what they have up their sleeve for the reveal. Will it be basic "pulling off of the cover" and someone speaking or will it be some sort of fast paced "production"

If it ends up looking like that poster, it will be a real winner. Looking forward to seeing the actual cat.

It would be sick if the next video scheduled for release on 1/10 is just the Rear Lights then the Brake Lights in a pitch black room..LOL
