Default Those going to Detroit show, but not until after reveal night

Will you watch the reveal/peak? Or, do you want to go to the auto show with anticipation so that your first true look is in person at the real thing?

I'm battling over how I want to play it. Yes, I get serious about certain things...lol. Friends of mine, who arent going, but attend many Corvette evnts with me are ready...they are going to tease me with details. I just think I want to walk in the auto show with no predisposition.

What do you attendees of industry night and later think? Peak or no peak?

I have no doubt RC that you are a strongman and I know you raced that hairy assed L88 looking C3 you had but I will wager big that you can't close your eyes and ears before Detroit. It is almost humanly impossible

I'm finding myself really debating this issue.....with myself...lol. I've run businesses, flown planes, raced cars, etc....but when it comes to certain things it goes to the core of what made me an enthusiast. I go to car events all over the country, have driven tons of exotics...but my Corvettes....I'm protective and passionate about my Corvettes.

Corvettes are my getaway, my detachment from everything else. There is no front when it comes to these cars and I. The real me, the original enthusiast that read every car magazine my mom would buy, that had Corvette posters everywhere, is allowed to be me with no bs.

Dont know why I said all that...but f*** it...lol.

I'll watch the reveal online at www.one13thirteen.com 1-13-2013 at 6PM CST.
I'll see the C7 in Detroit Jan 19th.
I'll see one again on TV at halftime Feb 3rd.
I'll see one again at the Chicago show Feb 9th.
I'll see a bunch of them in Bowling Green April 25-27.
I'll see more in Bowling Green June 27th and 28th, with a plant tour.

By the time the C7 finally hits the showroom I hope I'm not tired of it already...

The CF crew are reasonably acclimated to the design of the C7 already. I will bet that there will be a lot of negative reactions from "first timers" . Especially the older "first timers".

Generally the youngsters like anything "new", I know I did !

Of course I am going to watch the Reveal prior to see it during Industry Preview Nothing will compare to seeing it in person
