Fooling with these renders made me think of something. I wonder if the tail light centers will be dual purpose .. Since almost anything can be done with LEDs, and the Euro models will have to have amber turn markers.. It'd be cool if the clear portion was both the reverse lamps, and the turn signals.

I think a combination of those two taillight renderings would work well.
What do you'll think??

It's not the end of the world, just the date for the last run of Twinkies.

I don't have photoshop so this is pretty crude, but here is a quick mod in paint to show how I think the back should look better.

I don't think it is going to have those Camaro tail lamps. The camoflaged C7 picture clearly shows round tail lights. Scroll through the pics from Motor Trend.

A question that no one has asked: Will GM offer "no gloss" paint like BMW and MB are offering as of late?

a little perspective and proportion...
a rough just to show the actual scale of the car and parts in question.

anyone notice that the cad image does not have the angular bezel that the C&D image shows?

I agree with your observation but have come to the conclusion that was intentional misdirection on Chevy's part.

the cad is more like this...
and yes, the spy pics do seem to have round lights... maybe a trick?
also if they dont all have the wing, how will the high break light be on the base? On the CAD it is in the wing.

The rear end proportions of the C&D image are way out. The outsides are far too high vs the CAD/reality. Tail lights themselves are shorter than the C&D image's versions. Real butt is rounder than the C&D image's.

I'm sure it's already been asked, but is anyone concerned about the bodywork surrounding the exhaust being so close?
