Maybe a base Porsche.. or an F430 on a road course. looks like GM is targeting the Vette to take on it competition on a road course.

The previous Jalopnik pictures that i had seen were also very close to these pictures. Anyways, sorry for labelling the thread inaccurately. I guess the excitement of the c7 is starting to kick in already.

In the big picture does it really matter if it was posted before? If someone has seen the picture in on another post why even bother to comment? Even more so with a negative comment to a member who was only offering something he thought was a benefit to the forum.

I do not know if i am on to something. I did see the new flag logo on the stingray concept car. That car has been out for a while. I studied the car. If the car and driver photo was edited so the headlights and fenders were on the concept car. Might that be a better representation of how the car may look... from the little things we have seen in the videos

Like others... eh, the front might grow on me. It ain't no C6. The back quarter is the best angle on the C6, and this one definitely screams Camaro.
Definitely a new approach releasing a base model, and then a "sub base" model. Screw that. Isn't that what the Camaro is for? Why would I buy a 400hp Stingray when my C6 is probably just as fast stock for stock, with better aftermarket support (and looks better)?
I see they have also gone full-retard on the slits, slats, vents, and scoops.
Waiting for the real Mccoy.
